Participation in our Affiliate Program does not establish any employment relationship between the affiliate and our company.
Affiliates operate as independent contractors and may also work as freelancers.

3. Eligibility:

Individuals aged 18 years or older, including freelancers, may participate in the program.
Affiliates must understand that this is not a permanent job but rather an opportunity for affiliate marketing.

4. Compliance with Laws:

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while promoting our products or services.
This includes adherence to anti-spam laws, copyright regulations, and any other relevant legislation.

5. Promotional Activities:

Affiliates are expected to engage in ethical and legitimate promotional activities.
Affiliates may only use official marketing materials provided by our company for promotional purposes. Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials is prohibited.

6. Tracking and Reporting:

Affiliates will be provided with unique tracking links to accurately monitor referrals and sales.
It is the responsibility of affiliates to ensure proper tracking and reporting of referrals.

7. Payment:

Commission payments will occur on the last day of the month, provided that the training or workshop associated with the referral has started.
If the training or workshop has not commenced, the payment will roll over to the next month to prevent cancellations.

8. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
Upon termination, affiliates must cease all promotional activities related to our company and remove any affiliate links or materials from their platforms.

9. Amendments:

These terms and conditions are subject to change at our discretion.
Affiliates will be notified of any updates, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
